Yes, more information to follow.
When is payment due? Is there an installment payment plan?
Once a location is secured and a date assigned by the property, we will need to pay a non-refundable deposit per student to lock in that date. This non-refundable deposit is given to the property to hold our spot. The remainder of the fee will be due before camp. You will have the option to split the payment into monthly installments. Last year there were 2 monthly installments.
What is the non-refundable deposit for?
This deposit is paid directly to the camp and is only to secure the date of our trip. If this deposit is not paid on time, we lose the date with the camp which jeopardizes us being able to go. Last year the deposit was $25 per student.
What happens to our money if we don’t go?
OE donations collected through fundraising are non-refundable and will be used towards 5th grade activities/events. Individual student donations paid directly towards the camp that has been booked, minus the deposit amount, will be returned to the individual student.
How will my child’s dietary restrictions and medications be accommodated?
